For the Rochester Engineering Society Gala Silent Auction

We are seeking your support as an auction item/door prize donor for the Rochester Engineering Society’s 116th Annual Gala to benefit Scholarships for Future Engineers! It will be held on April 14, 2018 at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center.
The RES Gala’s Silent Auction presents an ideal opportunity to showcase your company/talent/service amongst over 300 professional engineers and their companies. The Annual Gala stands apart as the preeminent opportunity for engineers, scientists and technologists of all disciplines to celebrate their accomplishments and the critical importance of engineering to the greater Rochester community.
The RES Gala Silent Auction proceeds will directly benefit local youth to expand the scholarship awards to more students. Your donation will contribute to and impact the more than $35,000 in scholarships that we award annually!
The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Rochester Section is organizing the auction collection of a variety of donation items.
To donate, please complete the RES Silent Auction Donation Form (see below). Don’t forget to include any marketing collateral, brochures, and any relevant details about the item/service you donate. Keep in mind that RES is a 501 (c) 3 organization; your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

We are happy to arrange for someone to pick up the donation from your establishment, or you may ship it to the address on the donation form (see below). To set up a pick-up by March 23, 2018 - please contact Mackenzie Zimmerman at RES.silentauction@gmail.com or by phone at 585-880-4851.
